A year shaped by people, progress, and quiet intention. Karizma Luce 2025.
As 2025 comes to an end, we look back with gratitude at the people who shaped this year — our partners, customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Your trust, questions, and ideas helped us move forward with clarity and purpose. Much of this year happened in conversations: at our headquarters, on project sites, in online meetings across time zones, and during the quiet work of testing and development. These moments guided our decisions and kept us connected to the needs of the professionals who work with light every day.
A team growing into its next chapter
Inside our organisation, this year brought meaningful steps forward.
A renewed management structure improved coordination across departments and strengthened long-term direction.
Our sales organisation expanded with new account managers for international markets, enabling us to better support partners with greater consistency.
A renewed marketing team joined, adding technical, digital, and design expertise.
- New team members strengthened a technical department to improve supply chain, development and internal processes.
Together, these changes help us serve our partners with more clarity, stability, and responsiveness.
More space, more capability, more in-house control
To support a growing and more diverse portfolio, our production capacity expanded.
A new production hall opened, enabling more in-house assembly, testing, and development.
More processes moved under our roof, improving quality control and flexibility.
The production team grew, adding technical expertise and strengthening logistics support.
These steps help us maintain consistent quality and ensure our luminaires meet the expectations of each project.
Enhanced product portfolio
Our portfolio continued to evolve in line with contemporary architecture and direct market input.
- The shift toward slim architectural lines was reflected in the growth of our 48V Track Mini range.
- We expanded our outdoor collection, allowing designers to use Karizma Luce consistently across indoor and outdoor environments.
- New products were introduced based on customer wishes — including Profondo GU10, Anima, and Corpo.
- Existing luminaires received important updates: new beam angles, higher CRI options, and higher IP ratings, improving performance across demanding applications.
A portfolio shaped by dialogue, not trend alone.
Clearer, more technical, and more accessible
We invested time in improving how lighting professionals interact with our knowledge.
The redesigned Project section offers a clearer view of real applications.
Product pages were rewritten with a stronger technical focus and updated to include new specifications and installation manuals.
Ongoing website improvements support more straightforward navigation and a fresher design.
New Expert Guides offer deeper technical insight for architects and lighting designers.
Better information leads to better choices — and better lighting outcomes.
Closer connections and active collaboration
Throughout the year, we strengthened relationships with our valued customers and suppliers.

- We participated in international exhibitions and professional presentations, including Habitare in Finland, through our exclusive partner, OY DJS Automation.
- More distributors visited our headquarters for product training, testing, and development sessions.
- Our sales team travelled across the country and Europe to meet customers and local partners.
- For distributors in remote regions, we continued to offer online presentations and technical meetings.
- We visited our suppliers and discussed possible improvements of components, materials, and surface treatments.
Personal contact remains essential, and we value the opportunity to spend some time with you. It gives us insight, direction, and the understanding needed to support each market properly.
Looking ahead
As we close the year, we want to thank everyone who worked with us:
those who specified our luminaires,
those who challenged us with good questions, comments, and constructive criticism.
All those who shared projects and ideas that helped us grow and kept in touch with us.
We enter the new year with a stronger structure, an expanded team, a refined portfolio, and a clear focus on lighting that serves design with precision and intention.
Thank you for another year with us, and we wish you peaceful end-of-year days and a good start to the new year.
For your planning:
Our offices will be closed from 25 December 2025 to 2 January 2026.
We look forward to supporting you again once we return on 05 January 2026!
