We are pleased to feature in the 100th-anniversary edition of the Art of living magazine! Proud of the collaborations and delighted to see how the lighting of Karizma Luce adds charisma to the beautiful project in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
The Art of Living is a leader in luxury living. The magazine is for anyone who wants to be inspired or wants to be inspired by the latest trends and developments in architecture, interior design and gardens.
This project in which the luminaires of Karizma Luce are used, is an old bread factory in the heart of Utrecht. This ‘old’ building has become a municipal monument and is transformed into impressive residential apartments. What used to be an empty, high factory hall has now become a beautiful place to live. Various luminaires from Karizma Luce are used as basic lighting in this project and matches perfectly the luxurious look. Elegant and sophisticated they light up the room.
The luminaires used are the compact 3-phase track spotlight Stretto. The fixed recessed spotlight Dea Amata, one of our most popular recessed luminaire and the Cira. A small adjustable spotlight which gently creates nuances in every interior.
All lighting in the home can be controlled via an app by the smart lighting system Casambi. This allows residents to easily dim the light or switch it on and off. In addition, various pre-programmed scenes have been set, tailored to the wishes of the customer. This way, a different atmosphere can be created at the touch of a button.
Thanks to the collaboration between Bedrijfsverlichting.nl and interior design agency The Home Factory, the luminaires of Karizma Luce add charisma to the apartments. Beautifully designed and enriched with the very best techniques. Hospitality and living comfort are brought to an even higher level.
Led’s delight!
