At Hotel Van der Valk Eindhoven-Best, lighting plays a quiet but essential role in the guest experience. From the moment guests enter the corridors to the comfort of their room, the atmosphere is shaped by light. In partnership with Utilicht, Karizma Luce created a lighting plan that reflects calm, elegance, and timeless quality. This project was featured in The Art of Living magazine.
Light that welcomes and guides: Dea Amata with Dea Eros.
Dea Amata recessed spots and Dea Eros TR luminaires illuminate the corridors and staircases. While Dea Amata adds warmth through its golden reflector, Dea Eros TR creates a striking play of beams along the walls, adding rhythm and visual interest to the space.
Their compact design and available sizes make them ideal for seamless integration. The result: a refined look that supports both wayfinding and design continuity.
In-room comfort with Cira.
In the hotel rooms, Cira luminaires provide soft, adjustable lighting. Recessed and minimal in design, they offer flexibility without visual noise. Whether guests are relaxing, reading, or waking up slowly, the lighting adapts to their moment.
It’s this balance of function and feeling that defines the Van der Valk experience.
