Rethinking uplighting: when the luminaire moves up the tree
Not every lighting situation can be solved from the ground. In some outdoor spaces, ground-mounted luminaires are either impractical or not permitted. The Tree Strip allows Artemis S, M, and L luminaires to be mounted directly on a tree trunk at variable heights. This opens up new creative and technical possibilities. Instead of uplighting from the base, you can mount the luminaire one or two metres above the ground, adjusting the beam angle and the lighting effect. This technique helps avoid harsh shadows, improves vertical coverage, and creates more natural tree illumination, especially for mid-size or wide canopies.
