Karizma Luce’s Dea Feronia illuminates the staircases in the renovated holiday homes of Het Wylde Pad, known from the Dutch television program ‘Build your dream’ by television channel NET5.
Interior influencer Rachel van Sas (De Huismuts), started a holiday park in the northeast of Friesland together with husband Willem and friend Martijn Manschot, without any experience. The trio has converted a dilapidated park into a dream location where 90 guests can stay.
Merel Roozen of Illum Kunstlicht has mapped out the wishes for this project and designed the lighting plan. The wish was for the lighting to have a chic look, with an atmospheric effect.
The general lighting was realized with the Nordic rail from Light4U, the surface-mounted Dea Feronia was chosen for the accent lighting at the staircase. This fixture is a nice match with the interior of the homes: luxurious with a trendy touch.
The main challenge of this project was that everything had to be finished very fast, due to the shooting of the reality TV program. This did not affect the result. The owners of the holiday park are very satisfied.
