At The Mercer Amsterdam, timeless menswear meets clean architecture. Inside this contemporary store, light plays an essential role in creating clarity, focus and visual calm.
Karizma Luce’s Corsa downlights were used throughout the interior. Their fully adjustable design allows light to follow the displays — highlighting textures, tones and the refined silhouettes of the collection. Recessed into the ceiling with a sleek trim, Corsa combines subtle presence with high output.
Designed for modern retail spaces.
With up to 1450Lm output and beam angles from 30° to 60°, Corsa provides both accent and general lighting. Its 30° tilt and 350° rotation make it ideal for retail environments that evolve with the seasons or collections. The black version, used here, blends seamlessly into the ceiling while offering clean, directional light.
In some areas, the now-retired Stretto was also used — a compact fixture once known for its crisp focus and minimalist look. For future projects, its successors Fresco and Caro offer similar performance with enhanced adjustability and finish options.
Retail lighting with quiet impact.
The lighting in The Mercer store shows how recessed spots can enhance product display, guide the eye, and support the overall brand experience. Clean, controlled and timeless — just like the garments themselves.
Led’s delight!
