What will you do?
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our customer base. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our business partners worldwide. Your goal is to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction through a proactive approach and effective sales strategies. Your key responsibilities include:
- Customer relationships and satisfaction | Manage and expand customer relationships by providing excellent support and after-sales service. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Market opportunities and sales strategy | Identify and capitalize on opportunities in both existing and potential customer markets.
- Collaboration and representation | Work closely with internal departments (logistics, production, marketing) to provide customer-focused solutions. Actively represent Karizma Luce and Light4U at trade fairs and industry events.

What you bring
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in a sales role, preferably in the lighting or technical sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (C1) and French (B1); knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client visits and trade fairs.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Navision is a plus).
